Really interesting history. I would like to understand, however, why this is the unassailable standard. Why does the 2000 meter standard persist?

Speed Training Mode revolutionizes the way you enhance your swing dynamics and improve your performance on the course. Unlike traditional methods that rely on impact measurement, Speed Training Mode measures your swing speed precisely at its maximum point of velocity, eliminating the need for a golf ball.Key features:- Trackman 4 captures your swing speed at its peak, providing accurate and insightful data to refine your technique.- Say goodbye to the constraints of hitting actual golf balls. With Speed Training Mode, you can focus solely on optimizing your swing mechanics without worrying about ball placement.Whether you're fine-tuning your club head speed during practice swings or engaging in dedicated speed training sessions with golf clubs or specialized speed training tools, Speed Training Mode offers unmatched flexibility.https://lnkd.in/gxVkfnZQ

Conditioning is a necessary part of football prep, particularly in the off season. But often times the more glamours speed training becomes the focal point. While speed training and conditioning require very different methods, both are going to be necessary for your teams success at any level of the sport. Knowing how to effectively train both, how much load, and when to focus on one or the other can massively enhance your success. *To get more on speed training, take a look at Dr. Rhea’s 21st Century Speed Online Training at https://lnkd.in/gEkJ-jvQ

Backstroke rotation happens fast, and the more swimmers can use the momentum of the recovering arm to make it happen upon entry, the better.HOWEVER, they have to it without blasting through the catch or going deep. That’s where the skill comes in.To help swimmers learn to recover and rotate aggressively without compromising the catch, I like using strategies where it’s obvious if they’re not setting up the stroke well.Use a band or buoy.Use tennis balls.Use stroke counts. All at the same time.Build feedback into the set and let them figure it out.Check out the free guide for more on how to do just that.www.buildbettersets.com
